A COOL BUILDING LOCATED ON THE MAIN STREET THROUGH BERGISCH GLADBACH WHERE YOU CAN EAT LUNCH, DRINK COFFEE ETC. AT THE RESTAURANT, THERE IS A BEER GARDEN WHERE YOU CAN EAT ON THE FRESH AIR. THE BUILDING AND THE PREMISES ARE WELL PRESENTED

I usually only write good reviews, but I want to be honest here. We went to a flambé salmon evening. Flamed salmon with baked potato and salad, € 18 the plate and I was expecting a lot with the price. But apart from a lot of salad it was very economical and honestly to save on a baked potato is completely wrong. You also got a 4cm strip of salmon, a purchase value at aldi / metro etc maybe a maximum of 2 €, if you only buy salmon strips. This plate would have gone out in other restaurants between € 8.50 and a maximum of € 13. And I'm really out and about three times a week in catering establishments to eat. The words 'manageable', 'there's more to come' and 'had we ordered a salad plate with salmon strips' permeated our table talk. The inn feeds on its longstanding reputation and reputation. The public is on average quite old and if you assume such a bold price-performance ratio, the shop will not live on for 10 years. Quality of the food okay. But pepper and salt didn't come to the table. Herb curd not a spice just coated with herbs. So everything is something like a senior plate from the old people's home. I think the dressing for the salad wasn't homemade, it somehow tasted like E substances. None of this is possible for a gastronomic establishment. Operation completely slow, no overview. Here the restaurateur saves on manpower at peak times. Beer garden ok, but nothing special with the chairs and tables, some of the cheapest plastic chairs. The experience is not worth repeating.

Excellent lunch table - every day except Tuesday there is an excellent home-style lunch table in the Gronau inn! Always tasty and cheap!

Nice little spot on the ackerstrasse.. Very casual joint. Feel free to wear your favorite pair of sweat pants. The drinks in the mason jar glasses are nice. But not revolutionary. This place is doing a good job recreating Vietnamese restaurants in metropolis areas like Los Angeles . I had the pho. I wish they would give you a larger side of herbs .
